Grind like a BMX Street Pro without killing your BMX frame. While your bottom bracket shell isn’t made for grinds, the BB Buddy is a replacement non-drive spacer designed for abuse. It protects your frame and lets you slide smooth grinds and lock in tricks without destroying your BB bearings.

Slightly larger than your BB shell and made from post heat-treated 4140 chromoly (the same as a solid metal peg), this spacer acts like a “fifth peg” for the streetiest tricks.
