Statutory Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires fourteen (14) days after the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, acquires physical possession of the goods. If several goods ordered in one order are delivered separately, the period expires fourteen (14) days after the day on which you acquire physical possession of the last item.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement, for example by e-mail or letter. You may also use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of standard delivery, without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.

We will use the same means of payment for the reimbursement as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

You must send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen (14) days has expired.

The direct costs of returning the goods shall be borne by the customer.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods:

  • Goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized
  • Sealed audio or video recordings or sealed computer software if the seal was removed after delivery
  • Newspapers, periodicals or magazines, except for subscription contracts

Complete Bicycles

Complete bicycles are shipped partially assembled. Because of their size and shipping method, returns of complete bicycles should be coordinated with us in advance so that we can provide appropriate return instructions or arrange collection where necessary.

This coordination requirement serves only to facilitate the return process and does not limit your statutory right of withdrawal.

If a returned bicycle shows signs of handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods, we may claim compensation for any resulting loss of value in accordance with applicable law.

Defective Goods

If your goods are defective or damaged, please contact us before returning them so that we can help arrange the most suitable return method. This does not affect your statutory rights in relation to defective goods.

Voluntary Return Policy

For orders delivered to Switzerland, we voluntarily grant customers the right to cancel their order within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.
