NEOS Protection line

Here at FUSE, we are always on the forefront of developing new materials and technologies that will allow our products to perform at the highest level and continue to support you no matter the conditions you are faced with. The new FUSE Protection NEOS are a totally new kind of pad for us to bring to our BMX and MTB customers. 
By utilising our new FLEX SHIELD in-mold PU foam, we constructed an incredibly lightweight and comfortable pad which offers a supreme level of protection and function. The FLEX SHIELD foam acts in a similar way to the SAS-TEC foam we pioneered on our current product line but by triple stitching it into the face of the pad instead of under several layers - we were then able to keep weight and parts to a minimum whilst still enabling this pad to be incredibly durable and long lasting.  

Combined with super breathable Lycra, dry-fit mesh and strapless SHARK SKIN grippers we have made one of the most minimalistic and breathable pads on the market without having to sacrifice any levels of protection.  

Perfect for BMX, MTB, and bike sports in general, the NEOS pads are some of our most advanced products to date and utilise revolutionary new technology which is set to raise the bar yet again for protective equipment and how it should look, feel, and perform. FUSE NEOS PADS 

Pad Material: Breathable perforated compression Lycra and “dry-fit” mesh on the rear, Kevlar upgraded front section. 

Protection: FUSE FLEX SHIELD PU in-mold foam with ultimate impact absorption technology 

Features: 

  • Triple stitched FLEX SHIELD outer cap for superior absorption and increased comfort and manoeuvrability.
  • Very light weight and extremely breathable design for uncompromised performance.
  • KEVLAR reinforced super tough front section design for longevity.
  • strapless compression technology for improved comfort.
  • SHARK SKIN gripper on the top and bottom and inside to hold the pad in place and prevent pad slip.
